How pricing is calculated: Final quotes factor in material weight, print time, post-processing, and complexity. A simple 28mm mini in resin typically runs $8–15. A large 75mm display piece runs $22–45. PLA terrain is priced by material used and print time — small scatter pieces start around $5, full dungeon tile sets $20–60+.

Rush orders (1–2 business day turnaround) are available at a +50% surcharge when the print schedule allows.

Multi-piece orders (5+ of the same design) may qualify for a volume discount — mention it in your order notes.

Policies

STL LICENSING
We only print files that explicitly permit third-party commercial printing. Customers confirm license eligibility at checkout. If you're unsure, ask us — we'd rather check together than print something that creates a problem for either of us. See our STL guide for more detail.
PAYMENT
All orders begin as a free quote confirmed within 24 hours. Payment is due before printing begins. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and cash for local pickup. We do not charge until you've approved the final quote.
PRINT FAILURES & REPRINTS
If a print fails due to our equipment or process, we reprint at no cost to you. Customer-supplied STL files that cause print failures may require file adjustments. We'll always communicate before charging anything extra.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
Local pickup is available in Lima, OH — preferred for fragile resin minis. Shipping is available via USPS with foam packaging to protect your minis in transit. Shipping costs are quoted at the time of order.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Standard orders are typically ready in 3–5 business days depending on print queue. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available at +50% when schedule allows. We'll always confirm your estimated completion date before you pay.
SUPPORTED FILES
We accept .STL and .OBJ files. Files should be manifold (watertight) and ideally pre-supported for resin prints. If your file has issues, we'll let you know before quoting rather than printing something that won't come out right.

FAQ

Do I need to provide a pre-supported file for resin prints?
Pre-supported files are helpful but not required. If you have one, great — send it along. If not, we can add supports on our end as part of the print prep, which is factored into the quote. Just let us know in your order notes.
Can I order a mini if I don't have an STL file?
Yes — describe your character in the notes field and we can point you toward suitable STL sources that have commercial printing rights. We don't design original sculpts, but we know where to find great files for almost any character concept.
What scale should I order for D&D or Pathfinder?
28mm heroic and 32mm are both widely used and fit standard 1-inch grid squares. 32mm tends to have slightly more detail due to the larger size. 28mm is better if you're mixing with an existing collection of commercial minis. When in doubt, go 32mm.
Do you paint miniatures?
Not currently — we print and deliver unpainted minis ready for priming. The surface quality from our 4K resin printer holds paint very well. We can recommend a primer before you start.
My file's license says "personal use only" — can you still print it?
Unfortunately no. We can't print files restricted to personal use, even for a one-off order. It would violate the designer's license regardless of how the print is used. Check out our STL sources guide for designers who offer commercial-friendly licenses.

Still have questions? Just ask — we're happy to talk through your project before you commit to anything.
